DESCRIPTION:Families in Transition hosts its 3rd annual 5K race to raise aw
 areness of the issue of childhood homelessness in Seminole County.\n\nPart
 icipants and homeless students will run/walk as a community. While achievi
 ng personal fitness goals\, they will be raising funds to support Families
  in Transition and making a difference in the lives of homeless families i
 n Seminole County.  The identities of the students who are homeless will 
 not be revealed as a reminder that homelessness can happen to anyone.\n\nI
 f you are interested in sponsorship of the Get Fit for FIT 5K\, please see
