Costumes are Welcome!\nWhen:\n\nS aturday\, October 31\, 2015\n\nOn-site Registration: 7 a.m.\n\nRace Start: 8 a.m.\n\nPancake Breakfast: 8:30 a.m.\n\nOpen House: 9 a.m. until Noon\n \nTo download a Support the MudWalk Spooky 5K flier\, CLICK HERE\n\nLocati on:\n\nThe 5K starts at the Environmental Studies Center\, 2985 Osprey Tra il\, Longwood\, FL 32750\, across CR419 from Soldiers Creek Park ball fiel ds. Park in Soldiers Creek Park (the ball fields) and walk across highway 419 at the Cross Seminole Trail crosswalk. There will be a Sheriff's Offic er there to assist you.\n\nThe course runs behind the Center on the Cross Seminole Trail for 1.5K and back. Then participants go “off road” for 1K and back on the spooky\, scenic Osprey Trail. Those who want to run onl y on pavement may repeat 1K and back on the paved trail.  To download a m ap\, CLICK HERE.\n\nPancake Breakfast:\n\nAll participants are invited to the Environmental Studies Center after their run to enjoy a complimentary pancake breakfast. Spectators are welcome to join in for a donation. Donat ions are always welcome!\n\nOpen House:\n\nThe Environmental Studies Cente r will be open to the public. Visit the Natural History Museum and the Nat ure Store from 9 a.m. until Noon.\n\nT-Shirts:\n\nAll registered participa nts will receive an event-day t-shirt. Shirt sizes and availability are no t guaranteed for registrations after October 14th.\n\nTiming:\n\nThis even t will NOT be officially timed. There will be a time clock at the start/fi nish line but no official results will be calculated.\n\nAwards:\n\nHigh S chool – Adult Awards: first 10 females and first 10 males who complete t he run.\n\n Middle &\; Elementary Awards: first 3 females and first 3 males who complete the run.\n\nTraveling Trophy:\n\nTraveling Trophies wil l be awarded to the SCPS elementary school\, middle school and high school with the most participation (staff &\; students).\n\nAbout this Event: \n\nProceeds from this event will benefit the Seminole County Environmenta l Studies Center.\n\nRestrictions:\n\nFor safety reasons\, in-line skates\ , skateboards and dogs will not be allowed in the race. Headphones are dis couraged.
