 ual Mudwalk Spooky 5K Run/Walk at the Environmental Studies Center\, 2985
  Osprey Trail\, Longwood.\n\n 	7:00 a.m.  Onsite Registration &amp\; Pack
 ets Available\n 	8:00 a.m.  Race Start\n 	8:30 a.m.  Pancake Breakfast\n
  	9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Open House &amp\; Nature Store\n\nThe Mudwalk Spo
 oky 5K starts at the Environmental Studies Center\, runs along the Cross-
 Seminole Trail for 1.5K and back\, then participants go "off road" for 1K 
 and back on the scenic Osprey Trail. The run/walk finishes at the Environm
 ental Studies Center with the traditional awards presentation during a pan
 cake breakfast (free for participants\, spectators for a donation). Click 
 to see Fun Run map.\n\nCOSTUMES ARE WELCOME!\n\nFor safety reasons\, in-li
 ne skates\, skateboards and dogs ARE NOT allowed in the race. Headphones 
 are discouraged. Baby-joggers and strollers are allowed but must begin at
