 MENTAL STUDIES CENTER\nEvent flyer: Support the Mudwalk Black and White V
 ersion\n\nJoin us on Saturday\, November 12th\, 2016 for the annual Suppor
 t the Mudwalk 5K Run/Walk. On-site registration begins at 7 a.m. and race 
 starts promptly at 8 a.m. The 5K will start at Winter Springs High School 
 and run along the Cross-Seminole Trail and back to the HS to finish with o
 ur traditional pancake breakfast and awards presentation.\n\n*All proceeds
  from this event will benefit the Seminole County Environmental Studies Ce
 nter.*\n\nFor safety reasons\, in-line skates\, skateboards and dogs WILL 
 NOT be allowed in the race. Headphones are discouraged. Baby-joggers and s
 trollers will be allowed\; however\, are required to start at the back of 
 the starting corral.\n\nEarly Packet Pick Up: Packets will be available o
 n race day starting at 7 a.m.\nFriday\, November 11\, from 3 p.m. until 7
  p.m. at the Environmental Studies Center\, 2985 Osprey Trail\, Longwood\,
