Since 1996, the Foundation has been committed to supporting the arts in Seminole County Public Schools. Each year through our Inspired by Art program, the Foundation distributes over $100,000 in funding to support art programs throughout the district. These funds benefit numerous district-wide programs such as music festivals, thespian competitions, art shows and even classroom arts grants through Grants for Great Ideas. In addition, every school receives a donation in the spring to support their arts programs. The distribution amount is based upon student population and school’s art needs.
The Inspired by Art program aligns with the Foundation’s commitment to promote the arts and provide funds to art programs each year to ensure every student has access to enriching arts curriculum.
