Save the MudWalk 5K Fun Run/Walk benefits the SCPS Environmental Studies Center.

On Saturday, October 18, the fun starts at Soldiers Creek Park!

Register – 7 AM
Start the Race – 8 AM
Pancake Breakfast – 8:30 AM
Open House 9 AM – 12 NOON

The 5K starts at Soldiers Creek Park, runs through Big Tree Park and back on the Cross Seminole Trail. After the 5K, meet back at the Environmental Studies Center for pancakes and open house activities. Click here for a Fun Run/Walk Map.

Registration (all registration is non-refundable):

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. IF YOU PLAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT, PLEASE PLAN TO REGISTER ON-SITE SATURDAY MORNING.

Adults 18 & Up:
$25 through October 11 (register by then to ensure t-shirt size)
$30 October 12-17
$35 Day of Race (cash or check only)
$20 Sleep-in Option (Contribute to Save the MudWalk but stay snuggled in bed!)

Youth 17 & Under:
$15 through October 11 (register by then to ensure t-shirt size)
$20 October 12 through day of race

Early Packet Pick-Up:
Pre-race packet pick up will be Friday, October 17 from 3 – 7 PM at the Environmental Studies Center, 2985 Osprey Trail, Longwood, FL 32750. Across CR419 from Soldiers Creek Park ball fields. Packets will be available on race day starting at 7 AM.

Timing:
This event will NOT be officially timed. There will be a time clock at the start/finish line but no official results will be calculated.

Awards:
Awards will be given to the first 10 females and first 10 males who complete the run.

Traveling Trophy:
The Traveling Trophies are awarded to the SCPS elementary, middle and high schools with the most participation (staff and students).

Restrictions:
For safety reasons, in-line skates, skateboards and dogs will not be allowed in the race. Headphones are discouraged. Baby-joggers and strollers are allowed but will start at the back of the coral.

Waiver:
All participants must check below in the booking form that they have read and agree to the Waiver before they will be allowed to participate.
